Rare “Double Whistler” Automaton

This early-1900’s automaton, made in Germany by Karl Griesbaum, is a rare double version. When activated, the gentleman on the right whistles a tune, while turning his head from side to side, and when complete, the one on the left takes over and whistles another tune.

“Whistler” Automaton with Clock

This gentleman will whistle a lively tune when activated by a switch at the rear. He is leaning against a miniature cottage clock. This popular German-made antique is rarely seen with a clock, making it quite an unusual piece.

Viennese Enamel Musical Windmill

A great, decorative music box in the shape of a Dutch windmill, adorned with Viennese Enamel. The windmill turns slowly as the music plays. There is a small jewelry compartment at the top, which has a removable cap.

Domed Automaton

A c.1890 French automaton, featuring a water wheel, waterfall, two swimming ducks, windmill - five items in motion simultaneously with music playing. This wonderful piece also comes with its original glass dome.
